At Lov'Audio , you have 14 days after receiving your order to return an item if you are not satisfied. The product must be unused, in its original condition and in its packaging.

Refund
Once the item has been returned and inspected, we will notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Return costs
Return costs are your responsibility, unless the error is ours (defective or incorrect product).
